For
almost a decade, Jeff O’Neal has been at the forefront of
Southern Gospel Music. He started an agency in 1993 that
booked dates for Amy Lambert and other artists that were
getting their start in the industry. Next came his entrance
into radio promotions with the acquisition of Heritage
Compilations; from which Heritage Communications was born.
Heritage Communications is one of the most successful radio
marketing companies in the industry, having promoted several
# 1 songs for such artists as Tony Gore, The Wilburns, The
Crabb Family, and 2001 Song Of The Year, “Four Days
Late,” by Karen Peck and New River. Add to that
numerous Top 10, Top 20, Top 40 songs, and over 75 first
time Top 80 songs for up and coming artists, and one can see
that Heritage Communications has become an industry leader.
Jeff O’Neal continues his innovative marketing
concepts with the formation of Belmont
Music Group. “We believe that we can help even more
artists expand their ministry with this new endeavor,”
he states. The purpose of Belmont Music Group is to help
market artists to the point that they become appealing to
major record companies and booking agencies. Belmont Music
Group will be using the facilities of Heritage Studios, an all
digital recording studio capable of producing audio and
video projects. Jeff shares, “We want to use our
experience to help artists make the right decisions with
song selection, project production, radio promotions and
total artist marketing.”
