| We
would like to give thanks to God for the
opportunity to record this project. For,
without Him, we would have nothing to
sing about.
Since
our calling into this ministry, we have
been blessed to see many lost souls come
to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
He tells us in Revelations 22
"Behold I come quickly". He
also tells us in Matthew
24:36..."that day and hour knoweth
no man..." We need to be a light in
this dark place and try to win souls for
the kingdom, that is why we sing.
Each
member of Wings of Faith seek to serve
God through our daily walk. If we are
blessed to cross paths with you in our
journey of service to Him, we pray that
you find our light shining and that we
serve as indisputable evidence that God
is real!! Because of His Son and His
willingness to die for our sings, by
accepting Him, we have been adopted into
His family. Our desire is to stand as
"Living Proof" that He is
alive and dwelling within us.
Friends,
if you don't know Jesus in a real and
personal way, please allow us to
introduce you to Him through song.

Always...When
we're high upon a mountain on in the
lowest valley, Jesus is always there.
Wings Of Faith has been ministering for
13 years now and we have seen God move
in so many ways. There have been
times that we have found it tough to
push on, but the Lord has always give us
the strength and made it well worth the
extra push. However, we have found
that the good times far outweigh the bad
times. |

Dedication: |
 We
would like to dedicate this project in
memory of our dear friend, Ronnie Hooser,
who went on to glory December 10,
2005. Ronnie, we miss you!
You gave us so much encouragement when
we needed it so!! What a crown you
will receive!! |

There
are so many more people that have been
such a strong asset to this
ministry. There are those who help
to see that things run much
smoother. Gary and Melanie Chaney
(Photo 1) Melanie's husband, Gary, is a
tremendous help to Wings of Faith.
He packs a strong arm to help us with
the equipment and tape table.
Johnny and Carla Lester with Carla's
son, Brandon (photo 2). Johnny
helps with the equipment and bus driving
and maintenance. Carla helps with
equipment and also works closely with
Melissia on the operation of the tape
table. Also, to Jeana Blackburn
Ratliff (photo 3) for 6 years of
dedication to the ministry. Jeana
is now married and supporting her
husband, Daniel, who is a minister of
the gospel. May God bless their
lives together. We send a HUGE
"Thank YOu" to each of you!!
More than anything, we wish to thank God
for sending His Son to die for us.
Without Him, we would have no reason to
sing. He never leaves us, never
forsakes us, He is ALWAYS there!!!

Gimme that "Ol Tyme Religion"
it's good enough for me. It seems that
the old times are nearly forgotten.
We've replaced the old brush arbor
shelters with fine brick and fancy
statuettes. The sawdust altar is now
padded with the finest of fabric, yet
folks spend less and less time down on
their knees praying for a lost and dying
world. Some of the more modern preachers
now tend to lean more toward the words
that are accepted and pleases instead of
those old time sermons that leave
bruises on our toes. We all could use a
dose of old time religion to set us on
the right track. We are a spoiled
generation aren't we?
We decided to take a trip back and taste
that Ol Tyme Religion with a selection
of traditional favorites, seasoned with
a smidgen of bluegrass. We pray that
each song ministers to you, as it did to
us in the preparation of this recording,
May you enjoy going back to the old time
ways, and during the trip, bring a bit
of it back with you to share with
others.

Dedications: |
I would
like to dedicate the song, "It's so
Peaceful" to my mom, Alice Fleming.
Throughout my life, my mom has
encouraged me to sing for the Lord. She
taught me how to sing when I was about
five years old. My mom would always go
through the house singing gospel songs.
I remember the song "It's so
Peaceful" the most. I thank you Mom
and Dad, for teaching me about Jesus and
for being my guardian angels.

I'm at a loss for words. You have no
idea the influence you have had on my
life. You and Mom, both, pointed me in
the right direction and introduced me to
my best Friend, Jesus. Without Him, I'd
be nothing. What a wonderful gift you
have given me, not only pointing me to
my Savior, but teaching me how to
worship Him in song. Dad, I thank you so
much for singing on this recording with
us. Your testimony song, "The Old
Hymnbook" has touched many loves,
and will continue to do so as this
recording is placed across the country

/ Dedication |
|
Valleys, tears, trials, heartaches,
tribulations....so often we look down on
these times in our lives. How can we
look at them and say "Thank you
Lord!"?? The day that we can look
back and say, "Look what the Lord
has done'< these become mountaintops,
smiles, miracles and blessings from God.
We don't think of it at the time, but
God knows what He is doing and what a
true blessing each trial becomes.
Each of us feel that we are so much more
blessed from God than anyone else!! We
would like to take just a moment to
thank those who prayerfully stood behind
us....our families, especially Melanie's
mom and dad for allowing us to take our
cover photos at their warm and cozy
home, also, our friends, our co-workers
and especially, our church,
"Lighthouse Baptist." Our
pastor and precious little family at our
home church have never failed to
encourage us on. Their prayers and words
from heaven give us the strength to
continue reaching out as an arm of
ministry to a lost and dying world. We
would also like to dedicate the song
"Hearbeat" to Kellie and
Gene's unborn child, (Gary and
Melissia's soon to come granddaughter)
who inspired the song, Most of all....
Thank God!!! Without Him and the gift of
His Son, we would have nothing to sing
about, nothing to shout about, Without
