recording artist, Carolyn Richards,
presents some of her favorite tunes in
this her first Christian Country album.
You will recognize some of the songs
from the first note. Some will surprise
you as Carolyn sings the songs in her
own unique style. Some are brand new.
The
title song was released to radio in the
spring of 2002 and stayed on the
Christian Country Top 100 chart for
three months! It was written by
Carolyn's husband, David M. Butcher, as
were the modified lyrics to a Chris
Kristofferson tune, "Help Me Make
It Through The Night", re-titled
"Help Me Make It Through My
Life".
Two
songs were written by Wyoming friend,
Ron Hughes. He also recorded the music
for thos songs. The first, "He's
The Answer", hs lyrics that give a
whole new meaning to the Marty Robbins
tune, "Devil Woman". The
second is Carolyn's favorite and is a
Ron Hughes original "He's Just A
Prayer Away".
